Totally DIY Totally Tools 2014

Celebrating 20 Years Of The DIY Show This year marks the 20th time the DIY show has taken place. During that time it has had several names, which have reflected the changing content of the show, and several homes, which have seen a move from London to the Midlands. Most importantly, 20 years on, Totally DIY: Totally Tools are still the most important national UK industry trade shows for retailers and suppliers of products in the DIY, tools and home improvement sector. The shows act as a dedicated showcase for buyers and sellers of all types of tools, hardware and ironmongery, decorating products, fastenings & fixings and general building and garden supplies. In comparison to 2013, the first time the shows ran at the Ricoh Arena, this year’s shows are just over 20% bigger in terms of the amount of space booked, with the number of exhibitors also up by a corresponding 20%. Interestingly, just over 60% of this year’s exhibitors are either completely new to the show or have returned to exhibit after a break (of more than a year), which proves there is still a strong appetite amongst suppliers to gain the interest of and business from all types of DIY retailers.
